LOS ANGELES, CA (LA ELEMENTS) 2/13/2024 – Once again, Grammy weekend turned LA into a musical center of celebration.  DPA joined the festivities with their annual Music Lounge in Honor of the Grammys. The iconic Luxe Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles was this year’s location for DPA’s 2024 Grammy’s Gift Suite, which was held on February 2nd and 3rd. Despite the rain in usually sunny southern California, the festivities were in full swing and did not stop DPA from showcasing the exceptional participating brands. This year’s sponsors offered everything from handcrafted jewelry to luxury beauty treatments. The theme among the individual vendors was self care  with intention. Each product not only had a story but a general element of empowerment about them.

There was a wide array of brand sponsors at the DPA Music Lounge. GRAMMY nominees and other celebrities were treated to a selection of gifts, certificates, jewelry, and wellness products. Some of the amazing talent that attended this VIP event on February 2nd and 3rd included:  two time Grammy nominee Aaron Clark (ProThaMaddMAnn), nominee Maria Mendes (Best Arrangement, Instruments and Vocals, Com Que Voz), Ally Brooke (Singer, former member of girl group Fifth Harmony), five time Grammy winning vocalist Candace Wakefield, Juan Winans (Nominee: Best Gospel), Natasha Yvette Williams (Broadway Grammy  Nominee: Some Like It Hot), and Sam and Lynn Bush (Nominee: Bluegrass Album) to name a few.

Canadian vegan makeup brand Dioné Cosmetics is proof that beauty and making an impact is not mutually exclusive. This leaping bunny certified cosmetic company was born out of need for a creative outlet after founder, Alisha Anderson had a serious career burnout at 26 while working with at-risk youth. She wanted to offer people professional quality makeup that not only had a varied color selection, but did not test on animals and  was affordable. “I like to use makeup as way to have conversations about mental health, suicide prevention, and just show people that you can take a chance on yourself and follow your passions and your dreams. By filling your cup up, you are going to help other people in the long run.”

As the company has  evolved, so has its mission:  to just show people kindness, compassion and generosity using makeup as a platform to do so. “This company is more than makeup, it has a message, Live Life Beautifully,“  says Anderson.

Dr. Mari Sakai one again joined the DPA gifting suites with Sakai Clinic 62 showcasing their innovative Japanese  techniques and products that promote skin regeneration and rejuvenation.

“We hacked the grape,” says Michael Pearson, creator of Perduret Sparkling Honey Wine.  “Our honey wine started as a passion to create something unique and fantastic for our friends and family. It was made first as a true Private Reserve, but our friends told us it was too good to keep a secret so here we are today. This is a true family owned business with a high attention to detail and deep pride in the product we produce. We spare no expense on any part of our process to create our Private Reserve, just like we would make it for our family.” Perduret Sparkling Honey Wine does not use any grapes, but instead is made from a blend of all natural ingredients to replicate what a grape gives us. This new style of wine is called Saccharo from the Latin term “from sugar” as the theory goes; all wine is fermented sugars from agriculture. Over the years Michael has refined his Saccharo Winecrafting technique to a point where his blend of Wildflower Honey, Valencia Orange, and Indonesian Vanilla, has been transformed into a delicious and smooth white honey  wine. Attendees were not only able to taste this truly unique and delicious sparkling wine, but were a gifted a bottle of their own to take home in beautifully designed boxes.

Guests were also treated to mouthwatering bites from several catering companies such as Ratatouille Catering, For those needing a sugar infused pick up, Delices de Klody, offered hand crafted French madeleines in a number of varieties.
