LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (LA ELEMENTS) 8/5/2019 – “Number one, I am about health and beauty,” says Nava Feller, founder of Nava Natural. “This is just part of what I do and I do it for 14 years. To me it’s important that every woman that is in a hurry, say you’re a business lady and you want to look fabulous, you don’t have the one hour in front of the mirror to get ready and you don’t want to be an hour in front of the mirror. So, I created a line that helps you feel amazing in the morning, and also when you come back home and you’re just ready to relax. It’s fast and easy and effective and it smells good and feels good and it makes you happy.”

We caught up with Feller at the Pico Athletic Club (PAC) 2nd annual health, wellness and beauty mixer sponsored by Rich Girl Network.TV on Sunday, July 21 2019. Attendees at Joy Parris and Roland Richard’s event, included film producer Suzanne DeLaurentiis (D-Railed) and filmmaker Giovannie Esperitu, who revealed that model/activist, Rain Dove, has signed on to her next project.

The mixer presented the opportunity to be introduced to a variety of health, wellness and beauty services and products. The following were among our favorites:

What we loved about Nava Natural, was the infusion of natural ingredients into their skincare. As Feller states, “In the facial peel and the healing cream, we use minerals from the Dead Sea because they are known to help recover the skin and help heal the skin. It has a lot of minerals that we need for our skin metabolism.   I do use organic seaweed, vitamins, hyaluronic acid, minerals, everything that helps the skin feel good and fresh and youthful. Your skin is beautiful without paraben, petroleum, artificial colors.”  We had the chance to try the facial peel from this line and we loved its smoothing and tightening effect.

Mixed Chicks  has been describes as  “a curl-defining system for us.” “Us” meaning everyone of all ethnicities who love their glorious mane of curls and want only natural and nourishing hair-care products to enhance their beauty. Attendees went home with this hair care line’s Conditioning Cleansing Co-Wash.

Guests had the chance to discover for themselves the healing powers of cannabis infused oil with on-site massages courtesy of Traveling Hands Massage. Cannabis is noted for its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. And just like the name says, they will indeed travel over to you for a healing massage if you live in Southern California.

RevealU Skincare works to deliver hydration, protection and rejuvenation to your skin. This skincare line utilizes the purity of California spring water as its base, and elements of platinum, gold, silver, copper, zinc and magnesium can be found among several of their products. We had the chance to try their Face & Body Gel. Although gels can take a while to dry and can even leave skin feeling a bit sticky, we were impressed with how this one left our skin soft and smooth to the touch.

The refreshment sponsors left the guests more than satisfied and included:

BibiBop We indulged in the tasty tofu and came back for the chicken. Only later did we discover that the tofu is 100% organic and the chicken is antibiotic free. This is Korean inspired fast-food that is offers a variety of healthy dishes. Excellent choice for an event focused on wellness.

The drinks were on Dulce Vida Tequila. Tequila should always be 100 proof, organic and infused with pure agave – just like Dulce Vida.
